am i the only one who dislikes dogs? 10 reasons.

you have to clean up after them.
their fur is oily AF. they don't clean themselves.
they often drool, prefer to do it on your lap.
they're bread so far down they're severely handicapped human.
drop a bulldog in water and it drowns.
they're noisy.
some can kill you.
if you mess up training them you're in horrible trouble.
they're stupid AF.
their tongues are wet.
they don't know personal boundaries.

idk man. i would never kick a nice dog and i will def pet one if they're fluffy and friendly but..
won't get one myself.

It's not that I dislike dogs... it's that I dislike "dog people"... dog owners are more annoying then their pets because they think everyone else should like their dog(s) as much as they do. :P

I like cats, i dislike dogs. My reasons are:

Cats hunt pests down.

Cats clean after themselves and clean themselves, too.

Cats are more independent.

Cats are low cost, low maintenance and require minimal investment, especially training.

Cat behavior is never for granted, you have to earn their like/trust/love. They have personality, depth of character and forming a relationship with them, is always two-way, feels more lively/rewarding.

Cats defend you from small threats that dogs ignore (mine jumped on a centipede that crawled at me, while i was sleeping).

Cats have a noble aura about them; dogs are plebs and (for) peasantry.

Cats never attack or kill my little babies, hedgies (hedgehogs).

Dogs and cats both have their pros and cons. It depends on the specific animal you have too. There are some great dogs, some terrible ones, some great cats, and some terrible ones. If you grew up with a pet and had a particularly good or bad experience with them, you might think that way about all of them forever.

Your points apply to most humans as well, so I prefer my dog.
