The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator are a series of studies about cognitive functions - how your brain takes information and how you perceive the world around you.

The theory of the cognitive functions was developed, initially, by Carl Jung (Jungian Scales) but later got shaped and molded by Katharine Cook and Isabel Briggs and is now known as "The 16 Personalities", world-wide.

It can help with your personal development - even if most in the field of science consider it "horoscope" - but only if you apply what you learned, obviously.

The Enneagram and The Big Five, however, are considered more reliable - but more difficult to guess.

From Wikipedia: The test attempts to assign four categories: introversion or extraversion, sensing or intuition, thinking or feeling, judging or perceiving. One letter from each category is taken to produce a four-letter test result, like "INFJ" or "ENFP".

Now, back to my own words, like before: this kind of introversion and extroversion is different from the social aspects. Drill that into your thick skull. There are lots of extroverts who are social introverts and vice-versa. And "dumb/smart personalities" are a myth. There are only dumb/smart people.

Avoid the 16 Personalities site because it's thanks to it's fanbase that we have thoughts like the above. That ♥♥♥♥ is a meme. Besides, everybody there gets INFP or ISTJ anyway because they barely scratch the functions.
