When you have 500+ Games on your Library and just dunno what to play
Its hard.. Its like the hardest thing when being a PC Gamer finding what of the hundreds (sometimes for other users) THOUSANDS of games to choose from on their library.

Ditto

Though lots of games aged out at some point. I never going to really play anything again from 80's,90's,00's that often. It is very rare indeed I go back that far for gaming now.

A lot of good games don't have longevity.

I think it's normal for standards to change. As much as I loved Joust or Pitfall back in 1989, I probably could't play them more than hour now without getting bored out of my mind.

Even Doom Eternal has extremely little shelf life. It's a super linear shooter with a dead MP component. That's maybe two playthroughs. One to enjoy the plot, a second on hard. Three max, if you want to speedrun it or something.

It's not hard if you stop wasting money on games you know that you're never going to play.
