Are you just leaving games because you don't want to get stressed out?
Are you breaking your keyboard?
Are you smashing your mouse?
Are you insulting the enemies?
I occasionally do rage at a game I'm playing, and I do so verbally but not physically. It's a cathartic exercise for me, albeit an infrequent one.
(Back in the days before flat screen monitors arrived on the scene, I busted a knuckle or two on my CRT monitor. I found that expressing my rage physically can be quite painful, and got away from doing it..)
I would say as long as your not raging at someone (and you live in a house and not an apartment where your neighbors have to hear it and you can get warnings for it) then your doing just fine.
Try to rage at the people who play them. ;)
No, thanks.
For singleplayer it's only bad if it's affecting you outside gaming or you break real life stuff
Probably not good for your blood pressure.
Don't make rage a valid argument to throw other people's game or enjoyment even more than someone that is playing sub-optimal,don't be mean to other people, maybe some times i was mean and sometimes i was able to say sorry and other times not because i have not seen these people again in my games maybe.
Some people act like ♥♥♥♥ sometimes in videogames and to be honest there is no gain in going into a rage-conversation with them especially if you then feel stressed and don't get enjoyment out of a game, although in some cases the enjoyment may be already ruined in a way if someone in your team doesn't play properly or doesn't want to play anymore, but i mean at the end, take care of yourself and don't give a ♥♥♥♥, there is always a next match in videogames.
However, bottling pent up anger isn't good either and it's okay to relieve it by playing games but just don't let it get to the extreme points I mentioned.
Best to put the game down and do something else if it increases anger.
