2. Live: Throwing Copper - Just, damn. I think this was the last album to wow me from end-to-end. An incredible work, too bad the band couldn't find it a second time.

Can't decide which Metallica album I like better...the first 4 albums are all really good.

Yeah, long-time Metallica fan here, and same. As far as the first 4 go, I wasn't as big a fan of Kill 'em All, but it's harder for me to choose between the rest.

I kind of discovered Metallica's stuff in the wrong order though. 90's kid who was born in the 80's here. My first Metallica album was Reload, and I was about 13. I liked it, so I decided to pick up another CD next time I was at the store. Second was Ride the Lightning. I was like "....is this the same band?"

But yeah, I've enjoyed nearly everything they've released over the years, except St. Anger (not sure what they were thinking with that one).

Same!! I was born in the 90's and my first Metallica album was St.Anger,then Load and after that I bought Kill'em All and couldn't believed it's the same band until I looked at the back of the lyrics book and see the names of the band members,lol
