Spring Thunder, Yes or No?
Hi.

I'm on the fence about getting a Spring Thunder Nerf Shotgun[www.etsy.com], based on LordDrac and Coop772's reviews.

The only thing that's stopping me from getting it is, not the price, but of what Coop said towards the end of his review, which was "I can't speak for the blaster's longevity..."
I don't want to buy it and it ends up not lasting very long because $200+ is not something to scoff at.

I also can't find use for it since there isn't any place dedicated to nerf wars near me, but I suppose I can use it for plinking and target practice. However, I'm willing to keep searching or hell, even ask my friends and/or family to start nerf wars with me; I know some would be willing to.

Based on my second "paragraph," do you think I should get it?
If you already have a Spring Thunder for yourself, can you speak for the blaster's longevity?

I can't speak for it's longevity, but for me personally, if a reviewer makes a comment questioning a product's longevity, then I assume they are referring to the quality of the build and/or building materials being or feeling cheap; and if there is a concern of quality after a certain price point, I probably would pass if I'm not going to get my money's worth unless I can find other reviews that can back up the opposite claim. Sometimes an item's longevity is determined by the user and how they handle an item... or how "smart" they are in using the item correctly.

Good luck!

Airsoft, paintball, laser tag, all of these are fine options for a grown man who isn't a giant baby.
