Might do it.
a tree house, a house hidden behind a waterfall, a submarine base (like maybe the top part would be a trap door right above the water to the submarine, and then the rest of the submarine would be underwater)
The best was a megacastle I started once where I set the roof at exactly the right height so you could jump up into the clouds. Then of course, I put a little tower on all four corners that reached maximum height. It was 100x100, made entirely of stone (not cobblestone; I had a line of ovens on one side that were constantly turning cobblestone back into stone). It even had a carpet leading from the front door to this throne that I had built out of stone. I don't remember what I made the carpet out of. And I was gonna have multiple floors and try to do all sorts of redstone tomfoolery (redstone was pretty new then) like elevators and powered doors and etc.
It was also going to reach maximum depth too.
But naturally, I ended up only building the exterior, doing a little bit of stuff inside, and digging a little bit of basement before losing interest and doing something else instead.
This one?
Or you could always build a dirt rectangle.
(Looks like it's been attempted several times, but never completed.)
