I'm not sure to know this word even. This doesn't look like German, more like fake German.

When i put it on Google i find Laienhaft which means profanity though.

I am a German native speaker, but frankly, I am unable to answer, since I do not recognize whatever word you tried to spell.

If it's a specific German dialect it would be hard to find then again the strucuture of this word is wrong and sound fake.

Lazipennaf or something like that Is a decree sent by hitler to their generals. Its a drastic law in war time.

I found Sippenhaft which is when you could tell your family has commited crimes and could be put in prison or sentanced to death in old Germany or during the third reich.
