The people that drive certain kinds of automobiles

Have you ever noticed that certain types of drivers always seem to drive the same models of cars?

For example if someone dangerously passes me on a country road, literally nine times out of ten it's a black Dodge Ram. No other kind of pickup, no other colour, its almost always a black Dodge Ram.

I notice a similar thing with Buick Centurys. Most of the time they are driving at about 60km/hr (regardless of the speed limit) by people who look way too old to drive.


Have you noticed any other models of cars like this?

Could be sometimes but I notice it everywhere I go in the area, not just on my usual commutes.

In my experience driver stupidity is no respecter of make/model, but I have noticed that the more expensive a conveyance is (be it a car, truck, or SUV), the greater the likelihood that the person behind the wheel will be driving it as though they own the whole damned road.

Which is stupid. I mean, it's their insurance premium that will shoot for the stars, and it can't be cheap to begin with.

My experience is the drivers of Audi and BMW cars are often aggressive, they tailgate and always seem in a hurry.

The other day a rusty old pickup truck drove past with a canoe in the back, blaring rap music.
