Help I have a silverfish infestation

I just noticed 8 at night, killed them all.
I noticed a bunch of holes and their golden dust footprints on the walls
I'm legit sleeping with lights on to keep them away from the time being
How to get rid of them?

I've always heard silverfish mean you have clean water. They're harmless as far as I know.

I set off a few Bug Bomb foggers last week. It took care of all the little bastards already inside, but the residue that's supposed to keep killing them for a month or two after has been less than effective.

But then, the Strawberry Weevils always manage to crawl in for a couple weeks this time of year, and they're pretty poison-resistant. The little gnats crawling on the ceiling around that one light fixture, though... I don't know where they're coming from or how they're surviving.

You could put packing tape sticky side up by their exit holes overnight. (Just don't step on or lick the tape in the morning)
