I eat it with a spoon. Usually from the carton. Typically avoid the stuff though, one of those things I've trouble controlling myself around - and if I can't control myself around it then I must do without it. Think I've only had ice cream once in the past - I want to say two, maybe three years. More than enough I'd suppose.
