And the big spenders haven't started power crafting yet.
Give it a couple weeks...

Their levels are low as crap right now compared to what they'll end up with.
Then again, the last time it was outrageous was...

Looking at the dates, I find it suspicious. Seems Covid impacted this too.
- Perhaps many people finally realized how pointless it is to level further.
- The sale is not that great in general so people are not interested in the sale badges / cards.

Steam Points affecting overall trade count and by the looks of it, gamers began to realise the power of Steam Point System after several months.
But ain't we all dying, day by day, doom, gloom, that kind of stuff?
One of these days...any minute now...annnnny minute...
If you can buy a background for 2000 points you just have lying around, why pay £3.50 for the same object. Sure you cant sell it again but if enough people go down this road then it wont matter as it is after all just a ponzi scheme.
I reckon the animated backgrounds are also bashing the market as they do outshine the static ones.
The market is/was fun, adds extra value to steam over other platforms so it would be sad to see it go if popularity waned to the point of pointlessness.
I’m sayin’ it can be soaps. Soaps is like a box of chocolate (singular like a lone lump).
You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it, soak in it, clean your hands. Then there’s uh—shrimp soap, soap soup, soapy snacks, soap beef jerky, soap corndogs, soap fu, soapersoaker, supersoaper, soap pins, soap buttons, soapy poems, soap pillows, and the wild soap gorilla frog.
There’s probably more too. And I only require 2% for my namesake. I’ll consider 1.5% if Gaben bakes cookies and gives me a hug.
