I like it. If you can do that in any of the ship simulators I don´t know, you might have to look them up yourself.

Moon Prism Power!
There was an RPG Sailor Moon game for the Super Famicom, called "Bishōjo Senshi Sailor Moon: Another Story," that an okay number of people know about, so you could also be talking about that. I played that when I was younger. I remember liking is well enough. If it ever got an official translation and released on Steam (or a console that I have,) I'd probably buy it.
Okay ngl that looks like something I would play.
Fun puzzle gameplay, though I really hate the thought of balloon popping, due to very painful childhood incidents.
God, that's such a nostalgia trip for me.
