Well I was thinking kinda forever, since I'm managing my intake of fats, carbs and protein and almonds provide a lot of fat.

So do actual nuts. Macadamia nuts, 75,8g/100g, pecans 72g/100g while almonds are at 51,2g/100g. There's plenty of different nuts at the 60-65g/100g range too so relying on almonds to get your fats isn't really necessary.

That's for bitter almonds though. They're not sold as widely.
