I like me a nice plate of hash browns from time to time. I just buy the frozen ones from the mart.

Cook 2-4 strips of bacon.
Remove bacon and chop in to bits.
Use bacon grease to cook hash browns.
Make a hole in the center of the hash browns, add eggs in the center.
Once cooked, serve on plate and sprinkle bacon bits on top.

Congratulations, you now have an amazing wake-up meal and a slightly higher chance of a heart attack.

sometime I buy frozen hasbrown from the grocery store and put them in the oven untill they get crispy and tasty.

I like those but i LOVE skillet hasbrowns. Where you shred the potatoes into strips with a cheese grater.

Though has to be cooked in an oven or electric stove since fire burns it. Same with pancakes. Otherwise you get those gross burnt areas.

I've heard Potato Pancakes are really good.. (theyre basically hash browns but turned into a pancake)

I don't think we have those over here. We don't have the shredded hash browns either, I've only seen triangle ones.
