Elder Scrolls VI vs GTA 6 - Which will get to us first?

Who do you think will be the first to stop selling us the fifth installment of their game (originally from the PS3/360 generation) and actually put out their next sequel? Rockstar or Bethesda?

I'm leaning slightly towards ESVI, just because it was actually teased via a title screen. Though Bethesda is still a ways away from even releasing Starfield, and we just got Skyrim + fishing. So who knows.

ES6 more than likely. RS made it clear that they don't see much of a future for GTA in the current world climate and the last thing any of us want is a dumbed down game that is holding your hand through each mission, no blood, no big time violence, no language or humour. just a sterile bland non offensive game.

Rockstar has made it clear that they're mostly focused on Grand Theft Auto V right now - although there's been some news on Grand Theft Auto VI though not much. Mostly that it's in development and that it may have a female protagonist. Granted, their recent and heavily disliked announcement of porting Grand Theft Auto V to the PS5 is probably for the three people who still play Red Dead Redemption 2 online.

That being said, you're more likely to see The Elder Scrolls VI, Starfield or Fallout 5 before Grand Theft Auto VI.

a strong female protag? interesting and delightful, especially if RS are looking to change their formula and it annoys a lot of male gamers out there who ask "why a female protagonist?". Now i think on it, that does seem highly appealing watching those outraged reactions xD

...Take it from someone who, over the course of thirty, thirty one years, almost exclusively plays female characters when given the option to do so. It's better to be given just that - an option - rather than to be presented with a mandate.

To be fair, Bethesda also showed off a new version of Skyrim at Quakecon 2021, for PS5 and Series X. Includes fishing minigame and Creation Club content.

I gave my opinion about that it seemed strange to compare them. Nothing else.
Nobody knows what game will be out first, but as one poster suggest, only one have been "official" revealed
