Other than the production values, budget, cinematography, sets, costumes, and music, Monty Python is the best thing ever made.

You misunderstand me.
Is that an intentional reference to the "What have the Romans ever done for us?" quote?
Not really. Just an acknowledgement, despite being a fan for 40 years of both the show and the movies, that any film critic with eyeballs and ears would tell you they're objectively bad at filmmaking in almost every way, except the comedy. It ain't The Godfather, to understate considerably. OP wanted bad but good. There you go.
A Dungeon Siege Tale had a magical moment where I was watching it for the first time with my wife and friend, and said "Holy crap. This movie has everything. All it is missing is ninjas." Two seconds later, Burt Reynolds' Ninja squad flipped out of the trees.

No more Boll films please. Rampage is the only movie he has that doesn't blow. The rest are unfunny horrible. Although Alone in the Dark did have Christian Slater pulling off Guiles flash kick.

Let's drop some so good at being so bad they are magical.

Venom, except Day of the Dead, those are all new to me, so kudos.

They look spectacularly bad.
Pretty much anything “action” produced by Cannon/Golan-Globus in the 80’s.

“Exterminator 2” (1984)
“The Vindicator” (1986)
“Allan Quatermain and the Lost City of Gold” (1986)
“Red Scorpion” (1988)
“Moontrap” (1989)
Disorganized Crime” (1989)

Woooow... and there it goes half of my childhood. I salute you, sir.

But was Moontrap so bad? I remember it being decent for a B movie.

Cheers!

Evil Dead?
First one, I would say yes. It took itself toi seriously. The two sequels were great. The remake was also not great. And not in a fun way.

The Exterminator films, those were the flamethrower Vigilante movies, yes? Because those were great cheese.

Let's me see...

Oh! Death Wish 4. The first three movies, Charles Bronson's character has to deal with horrifying loss and abuse if his lived ones. 4 is him just going "Not this time! I just gonna kill all the trash first! Gimme my custom .44 and a L.A.W.!"

Oh. Fire Walker. That one was a so stupid it was fun adventure movie. Norris and Gossit Jr.

ALL of the American Ninja movies. Especially the last one, that unites the three main characters in one movie. There is a scene where the super ninja jumps in a hole and half a second later jumps out in full ninja gear. NINJA MAGIC!!!

And don't get me started on the Iron Eagle movies.

What about "Fire Birds" (1990)? Truthfully, I think Iron Eagle had the superior soundtrack.

Strike commando comes into mind first.

A masterpiece. :LaughingOwlcat:
Lots of good examples have already been given

Check out Terry Mynott's Friday Twitch stream. He shows crappy low budget horror and action movies from the '70s and '80s that are now public domain.
He's streaming Hands of Steel right now
Steven Seagal - Exit Wounds. There's a scene where he takes out a helicopter by shooting it with a pistol. They must have thought it wasn't believable enough in production so they dubbed a machine gun sound over it. Terrible film even by his standards and was heralded as Seagal's big blockbuster comeback when it came out.
