Yeah. It's a walking sim with fetch quests.
Game gives you a zippy delivery bike, off road-ish delivery truck, speed exo suit and zip line tech.
Not really a walking simulator. I spent two thirds in vehicles. One third on foot and had things like speed exo suits.

So the whole point of the game is traveling, but it's so irritating the devs give you equipment to make the game shorter and skip over the intended "gameplay"? Only a Kojima fan could spin a defense that convoluted.
You can see the absurdity of that, right? The entire appeal of the game is literally unlocking fast travel.

It's not a defence you simply in error of the facts calling it a walking simulator and it is not for most of the game.
Did you even play the game? I can explain the basics it you like why totally missed the point of it all.
