There are better sources of plant-based protein than soybeans. Like peanuts, walnuts, almonds and the like. Hell, most other beans are better sources than soybeans. It probably also doesn't help that soybeans are loaded with phytoestrogens - which by the way, a lot of plants that people consume on the regular have them but soybeans are the worst when it comes to this. There's a reason why it's used alongside oats and other similar plants in treatments given to women who are recovering from breast cancer. Never mind that too high of estrogen levels can increase your chances of certain kinds of cancer.
Second of all, yes there's a stereotype about soy making men less masculine. I was addressing that.
Don't know what brand of soy milk you drink but in my country soy milk is supposed to taste like cow milk but thicker and sweeter. Chalky soy milk means it's either gone bad or is just terribly made imo
And the stuff about phytoestrogens is way overblown by weird Youtubers and the like. The levels you would need to consume to cause problems are well beyond what you could achieve in a remotely normal diet.
Huh the more you know.
And Bruce Lee is certifiably badass.
But I'll bet he had Reddit gold
More likely a trap than an actual woman. Seriously. If you ate enough soy to even start getting "moobs", you're going to have a lot of more important (and urgent) health problems to take care of first.
