Peter and Homer are killing machines.

Fat Albert just has diabetes. He wouldn't have lived outside of his teens. Congenital heart failure. He would be on that show my 600 pound life. They would probably have to remove him from his home by cutting down one of the walls. Poor Fat Albert. It's a good thing that he wasn't a cannibal. Of course we still don't know whatever happened to Mushmouth. But I'm pretty certain that he was really good with honey mustard.
