I'm suburban, almost rural. I've lived in some big cities, though. Too much busy for me.

Just moved from the city to the suburbs. My college and dojang are closer but I prefer the city. I feel out of place here.

I hate cities. Paying for parking is unthinkable barbarity.

I'd prefer a log cabin in the woods at least half an hour from stores and stuff, but suburbia is good enough.

I grew up where the city met the country - it was a fence with woods and fields on one side, and tenement housing along a busy road on the other.

Now I live in a "big" Canadian city. Fortunately, my street is lined with old trees and my place is surrounded with big plants - it's like an oasis in the middle of the city. If it weren't for the traffic and the sirens, I could easily believe I wasn't in an urban environment.

Which reminds me, I should probably go chop some wood.

Urban. The geolocation is great for infrastructure (going to the uni by foot, 15 mins, shop - 2 mins), but i don't like the big avenue (1/4+4/1 auto lanes). You can't have fresh air + you can't open the window because it is pretty loud outside.

Suburbs. Lots of green to see, chickens in the street from the neighbor, not much pollution... it's pretty great. There's a scrapyard nearby, and they make a lot of noise with their equipment during working hours, but besides that, it's very silent and peaceful as well.

Not the place I want to live in for the rest of my life, but I have no complaints.
