Seems like it really depends on local car taxes
I'd go with something like wv/hyundai/toyota
In Russia I would be rich...
It really depends on where he lives... If he wanted a cheap car he could always get a
Jiangnan Alto

Or audi a4 2.0 tdi both made in 2016.
It all depends what your main use would be.
You can find a decent car for way way less.
If your goal is to get from A to B you really don't need to spend that much.
Also asking this sort of thing on steam discussions isn't the best idea. People here play games whole day and know ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about cars.
Thanks for suggestions, I don't know much about Japanese cars but I should educate myself on them, as they are said to be very reliable.
The new series 2 Gran Coupe is nice but I'm not getting a beemer cos parts can be pricy and I want something more economic.
I'd rather go for a Merc CLA Coupe also since I think Merc offers higher luxury.
Volvos are expensive to maintain when talking parts.
Heres the thing,
1: Dont pick a car so new, most of its parts are still dealer only.
2: When picking a car, its never about what you like but more about what you can afford to insure, road tax, service, maintain and naturally run.
3: What you earn yearly matters as if say over 50'000 miles means if parts that are not service parts break, there not cheap, especially if dealer only.
4: Do your homework, speak to people (not car sales), ask them about what they drive and how much it costs them.
5: Smaller the car, the more eco friendly the cheaper the expense.
No my friend, its not they can be pricey, they are pricey. Take a headlamp for instance on a merc. Your looking about dependant on type, £1000 plus per unit.
No offence but mercs, bmw and the likes are not within your range if all your limit is a mere £20k.
I could extend my budget, I already made a similar topic but with higher budget (around 50K then), it's just that I don't want to spend too much on a car.
Yeah, the "premium" German cars also come with "premium" car part prices.
