And for the case someone try to misunderstand me. There is a difference between someone with a Sexual preference and someone who do a crime. I fully support the last German law change that raised the Punishment for people that abused minors.

I am an Australian, and no reputable location news outlet is covering this and the current time, Vice and Daily Mail are known by many here to be the bottom of the barrel when it comes to "News" reporting.

It's likely that the only content that would be "Banned" would be content that is already illegal, such as sexual depictions or minors or anything of that nature, or anything else that is considered illegal, disturbing or abhorrent. Currently our Border Forces already check for items that are illegal such as content containing illegal depictions of minors real or animated, this kind of content is not acceptable here, and shouldn't be acceptable anywhere. The Border Force have intercepted on occasion "Adult Intimate Products" that are designed to imitate characters real or fictional that are under the age of consent, this is nothing new and the Border Force are completely in the right to doing this and I commend them on the work they do.

Our Classification Board will see games, films, animations, renditions, publications or anything of this nature that contain content that is shocking, abhorrent, illegal or confrontational and classify it accordingly. Anything that contains outright illegal content such as illegal depictions of minors either real or fictional will be immediately banned and possession of such content will be a significant criminal offence. Games or other media that are refused classification for violence or confrontational nature but are not illegal cannot be sold here, but from my knowledge, you will not be charged for possession. Exploitation of Minors is the exception, possession, ownership, consumption or anything similar is an offence of the highest regard and if caught, you will be punished, severely, and rightly so, I think lifetime jail is the only thing appropriate for this.
Not only is this morally and ethically unconscionable, it's disturbing and horrific and anyone who consumes this content is mentally unwell and knows this full and well.

Just like how Weapons, Items that can be interpreted or turned into weapons are prohibited entry. Illicit Substances and precursor materials are also prohibited. Anything that can pose a risk to the Public or Society will be intercepted and destroyed by the ABF. And as a word of warning, if you do import these products, the Border Force and Federal Police often remove the contents of illegal packages then send the package to the original destination and make arrests of those involved.
