Do you think this gun is good?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EPK_(Pyrkal)_machine_gun
I am talking about it's time not compared to today. Don't compare this gun with any other gun after 1939.

Also don't just say things like "This gun is garbage xD" or "I don't like guns and also I will start a war on the topic". Please give me some reason why you think this gun is good or not.

Some more extra info that you might miss in the wiki:

No its to underpowered compare to todays weapons, even a knife would have better stats then that gun.

No, guns are not tools. Guns are weapons.
By your definition EVERYTHING can be considered a tool. That leads to sloppy and loose conceptualization.

you're just riding the "more people posted this, so ill just agree with them" wave anyway.
You're just riding your high horse and literally doing the exact same thing as the anti-gun people in this thread.

Guns ARE tools,
Frying Pans ARE tools,
I've used my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boot to hammer in a nail, so yeah, tool.

You can find a use for damn near anything as a tool in one form or another. The Lockpicking Lawyer on youtube has used a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ empty soda can to open a lock, so even an empty soda can is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tool.

So I'd like to reiterate,

Guns are tools, like so many in this thread, only difference is at least a gun can be useful.
If you say that EVERYTHING is a tool, you haven't said anything.

Guns are bad. Deal with it.
Man, this thread went from rating a Greek-made gun to the morality of guns. At least I've read a big phat book about guns. :cozycrashfish:

This gun is twice as accurate than Thompson and carries different bullets and capacity.
Except a Tommy Gun won't cost you an arm and a leg.

What is considered an "arm and a leg" to you?

no chance of blocking, of fighting or anything, gun just kills
Lmao you always have a fighting chance unless its an auto at point blank range.

(...) Newsflash: Proteins ARE AMINO ACIDS. And no, plants DO NOT HAVE proteins or at least proteins that are essential. (...)

Pardon me for wading into your discussion, but you're incorrect.

While it's true that the human body only makes 13 of the 22 amino acids needed to make a 'complete' protein - and it's equally true that those 9 remaining 'essential' amino acids are *plentiful* in meats and other animal products, they can also be picked up by consuming a variety of certain other foods containing non-animal proteins in various combinations (peanut butter and whole grain toast would be an example).

You can read about it here:

https://integrisok.com/resources/on-your-health/2017/november/how-to-eat-complete-proteins-in-vegetarian-and-vegan-diets

(Or just Google it. Vegetarian/Vegan Nutritional websites abound.)

Just sayin.
Peanut butter and grains are not considered "plants". Completely different thing. For example pumpkin seeds have a lot of protein but they have way too many colories compared to meat and overall not as plentiful as meat.

You're the gun expert. I have no idea.
Obviously, good, bad, and best are opinions, and do not mean anything, even if I knew something about that.

Oh dear, these people and I have few things in common, it is not even funny anymore. This thread is awful. I thought you wanted to play video games? Not talk about guns with me.

We have the body builder guy over there, talking about his push-ups, and the gun guy over here, talking about guns, and how his country is invaded. This company is such awful company. I could not care less about any of these discussion topics, that you guys need help with, really.
Who
I looked around the interwebs to see if I could find anymore info on the Pyrkal MG and I couldnt really find anything of significance. It seems the wiki entry is about all the info there is. Its kinda sad because its such an interesting gun to me. First if fires a round similar to an assault rifle yet it is significantly lighter and more portable than a BREN gun, a BAR, or a MG-42. It around the same size and weight of a Thompson SMG, but packs a bigger punch and has an effective range that dwarfs that of a Thompson, 820 yards vs 164 yards. Its a hybrid that is somewhere between an LMG and s SMG. Its a shame they never got mass produced. Anyway all I found on youtube is two videos comparing different weapons from the same era of the Pyrkal MG. It was interesting.

it's fine but if you need more than 6 shots it's not worth your time unless you wanna unload stress 1 bullet at a time at 50 rpm. That or start a war.

revolvers and hand loaded rifles are the way to go. Nothing like feeling cold steel or the nice wood furnish on your stock to really appreciate all the effort that went into both making it and upkeep as any respectable gun owner will do.

Yep. You see the extra link I put also says by the time that Greece was in more stable situation, the G3 and FN Fal were already produced and so the Pyrkal was overshadowed by them. So there was no reason to make the Pyrkal anymore.

Oh? What "completely different thing" are peanuts and grains considered to be?

Whether it's a leaf, a stem, a fruit, a vegetable, a legume, or a seed - if it comes from a plant, then it's still considered a plant, nutritionally.

Food is either the product of animals (their flesh, their eggs, or dairy) or plants (those things I noted above). Period.

You're trying to nit-pick but you don't know what you're talking about, and you're still wrong.

Admit it, or try again.

Yeah I don't know what I am talking about. Sure bro. It's a fact that most plants do not carry proteins in them. Anyway pls stop going off topic.
