I got threatened in online game please help
so in an online video game on steam I used voice chat and the person told me to "stfu you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥" in TURKISH (I speak turkish too but I dont live in turkey) because I was talking too much, whatever, we got into an insulting fight and then he asked for my name and my address but I didnt give any of them and then at the end he threatened me with the mafia. he told me he or his dad was in a mafia and would send a member to my country. and then he just disconnected and we never played again.

to be honest im actually scared, can he find out my address? can he find out my personal information just by having my steam profile? like by Looking at my steam profile or something? can he hack my address/location out of my steam profile or something? please help

He most probably doesn't have mafia connections.

But really, don't get into online voice fights, nothing good comes of it.

Best thing too do is never talk in online games. Only use mics to talk to real life friends is my advice.

When I play CSGO, I never use a mic and most of the time I mute other players so I don't have to listen to their crap. I have no time for chit chat to random people across the world. I only want to play a game for fun.

yeah but sometimes I just gotta talk to tell them something or just to have fun haha but yeah its not required and necessary to talk

it just little kid. also, mafia member don't have time to play video games because they busy with they dirty job
same like my case. im ever got fight online with random dude 3 years ago. he treated to f**k me so hard, but until nowadays im still virgin
