One can only wonder what they might do behind those club doors. I assume they drink expensive alcohols and discuss their exploits.
Or maybe they bathe in the blood of the innocent in hopes of summoning the demon lord.
Perhaps hiding isn't very effective, as the Skyrim parable demonstrates.
I am an old timer. And i used to collect and play decks from the Illuminati card game. Their company offices were RAIDED, many years ago! Computers and merchantise confiscated. A real rage. All that for a mere card game. I don't believe in coincidences.
No, I really don't think so. Seeing as how you have no evidence whatsoever, your extraordinary claims sound foolish.

Of course, the beauty of this particular (tin-foil-hat) conspiracy theory is that you cannot prove (or disprove) the existence of a supposedly "secret" society.
There are many secret societies, all over the world. All of the ones I know about are just businessmen who are community minded. They are networking and looking for opportunities to expand their business interests, etc. It's really just an excuse for retired men to get out of the house for a few hours, a couple of times each month.
It's also true, that any group of like-minded people could organize themselves and have an agenda. Many of us do this everyday. Whether it's neighbours who petition city hall about trees on their street, folks who want to feed the hungry, or those promoting some other group, etc. If one of those groups were made up of people with power and resources, then presumably they could do a lot more than your average retiree.
Your local Rotary Club is likely the closest thing to "The Illuminati" that you'll ever find.
The average street-gang is far more worthy of your attentions than some mysterious and fantastical group of imaginary people.
... or you're one of them!

Wait a minute, paychecks and lava lamps? That can't be right? Can it?
