Genshin impact

So it seems there is a lot of hype about the game....is it justified or would you say it’s overrated.Didnt tried it yet

It was free on epic. I was thinking of giving it a go but I've never really been into the whole anime cartoon look, plus I saw a few reviews that essentially said it's a grindfest unless you're willing to drop actual money on the extra loot boxes

The most grindiest, repetitive game ever.

Oh hell no, not another revived Genshin Impact thread. For anyone that needs convincing not to play this forsaken thing, like I have, I need only say a few things about it. Venti is a male, it's a BotW clone, combat is clunky as all hell, it feels like a mobile port, and you absolutely don't want to associate yourself with the playerbase, not if you're above the age of 12

Well it IS a mobile game...
But combat feels fine imo, aiming with a bow is a bit ♥♥♥♥ tho

Yeah I know, just some people in the thread seem to think that the game was only free on epic since they recently added it to the store (which again makes no sense because you'll essentially download a launcher to download a launcher... I would understand putting the game on Steam for community features, badges, profile background, emoticons and stuff... but there's no reason for it to be on Epic)
