I am making an Off Topic thread for Steam Awards 2020 Nominations.

Most of the games I played through this year were n0t 2020 games, so hit me with some recommendations for different categories.

I did this kinda, I had mostly serious nominations for games I played, I memed for the GOTY and 3 of the categories I didn't know so I just went nuts with random stuff from the Steam store.

I only nominated Alyx for VR cus all the VR games I've played are playstation exclusives and I've heard Alyx is good lol.

That was a good point and I shuffled my voted around since Deep Rock was one of my favorite games, and I had given Phasmophobia better with friends. Now its looking Deep rock better with friends, Phasmophobia for sit back and relax and ill have to think of a good labor of love.

I wish I could choose spiritfarer for both visual style and best story. The game made me cry in a few parts, but I think i'll go with visual style because I think most people would choose it for that. This game deserves to have some kind of award!

I don't really pay attention, whatever I choose never wins anyway its more a popularity contest rather than awarding actual good games.

There were some games I would have nominated for multiple categorys, but it is what it is, the new restrictions on release date and what not make for better results come award day imo.

I for one wanted to give Deep Rock Galactic labor of love and better with friends.
