I have Samsung S5E tablet and even though its other wise great device, if i stare at the screen for hour without taking breaks or looking away from it a lot my eyes get tired and i need to go outside or keep them closed for a while to feel better. My other android tablet which is cheap Huawei one uses very high pulse width frequency or maybe it doesn't use it at all doesn't affect my eyes, even if i use it for multiple hours straight.
Which is why I don't understand how the stereotypical mobile game became an uber-grindy "finish 30 missions a day or lose your reward" mess.
Er, what about Final fantasy games, Disgaea 1, Kingdom rush series, Dragon quest games, pc ports, and such?
There's different type of mobile games, not all of them are those extremely crappy ones, even though those make up 90% of Playstore and Appstore.
looking at anything that close to your face for took long, too intensely, is bad for your eyes.
this is just "common sense".
this is why it's normal to take a break from looking at a screen, a book, anything.
Well, in any case, yes, there are exceptions.
