All the biggest websites and internet service corporations are owned by the US government and cooperate with them voluntarily for spying purposes. It's called PRISM.

Even before PRISM existed, CIA dummy corporations were funding Google to become the biggest internet monopoly in the world. You don't become the ruler of the internet searching world through chance or hard work.
