The only "no hand push up" that could make sense in any way, would be a dude with an enormous three foot long penis, who could do push ups with that monstrosity. If you believe in that, you should be slapped... with a three-foot long dildo.
Since the feet act as a supporting point ,the feet will need some extra weight so that you can pull it off but also you will need some more strenght
