Anyone here thought about to become a vegan?Or do you think meat will never leave your plate.There are plenty of reason to become one but there are also a lot of downsides

I checked out the website you linked to: mediabiasfactcheck and their rating is a little strange. PETA is trying to save the animals by any means possible. Their rhetoric is acceptable to their mission. Sometimes you have to shock people (using ads or whatever) to wake them up to the animal cruelty in the world. I wouldn't necessarily label PETA like the website did. There's nothing inherently politically charged (one way or another) about saving animals.

The label is due to misleading health claims made without evidence.

They go against their own ideology ("Don't kill animale, boo hoo boo hoo boo hoo!" While kidnapping a young girls dog to execute it, kidnapping lobsters just to throw them in freshwater like the idiots they are (lobsters belong in saltwater) and executing multiple dogs and cats at their shelters.) and try to levy war against innocent meat eaters

Eating meat is good if you look from where its coming from.In my country if they have a seal it shows the animals get treated well.Im against animal cruelty even if i love eating meat

if i did it would be to lose weight, not because of morals or anything.. and if i was vegan i'd probably always eat the fake meat stuff, like beyond burgers

I don't think killing them is treating them well.

I also don't think that letting them stay in nature where they would be ripped limb from limb is treating them well but go off I guess

When I temporarily give up veganism and eat meat, I know it's dead.

But when I'm vegan and I eat a fresh, green, garden salad, I know those plants are still very much alive even though they've been severed from their roots.

Did you know trees can scream?

"Humanity" isn't very humane to each other they can't even let the other eat what they want without judging and vilifying them and then playing the victim when given a different life style opinion.

over the years i've been alive, i've seen meany things, and this can easy'y be backed up

belief on facts, also i like broccoli brussel sprouts with meat, also the meat is dead no point wasting what was killed.

also i rarely eat greens, what defines something as alive, plants are still alive when you eat em.

and anyone can have there diets im not discounting that but, when you say plants don't feel and what you're doing is saving things, im always going to disagree do to what i've seen over the years

saving the world is top of the line over, and what keeps o2 in the air? plants, so more so trees,
but some plants are known for holding more co2 in em

the belief is meant to show that the 'true' monsters are the people suggesting plant-based diets as they are the ones feasting on 'live' beings.
