I could be fine without meat, but I need cheese and milk.

Coffee with almond milk sucks bunghole.

I've often considered going vegan but I just don't really have the impetus to do it. You can translate that as "I don't care enough" and you wouldn't be too far off the mark. As much as that might damn me in some people's eyes. But at least it's honest.

I do however try to limit the amount of animal products I do eat, both because my little pointless act of doing so makes the world a barely measurably better place in lieu of countries and major corporations and other large organisations doing something ethical for once... And because variety is the spice of life. Innit. I mean it is. If your life consists of meat and two veg and nothing else then you're very dull and I don't want to know you.

No amount of money would make me even want to consider switching. I love 'me meat.
if impoverished countries can do it you can too.

Mostly stuff like beans rice potatoes and bread.

You will live
but not live well

The problem is companies are too big and people too many

back then it was like 100 small companies farms etc. all relying on a handful of customers. If even half striked or stopped buying they would go out of business.

Nowadays it's like half of amazon workers in america strike and who the ♥♥♥♥ cares? They got enough people wanting or rather needing a job to hire them and fire the strikers and even if not they got more than enough business overseas to easily make up the lost half revenue lol.

I mean just a moment ago you said "Natural: eating non processed foods ... ". Though perhaps you meant it in a "that's one thing that's definitely natural, not the only way to be natural" way. No worries in that case.

I don't consider "natural" to be a well defined term, so I don't use it to categorise things. I'm not sure what it's supposed to mean. Is something natural if it's not artificial, not man-made? If that's how we're using the term, then that slab of meat at the supermarket is unnatural regardless of the conditions on the farm. Is something unnatural if it's not how ancient humans lived? Then all modern agriculture is unnatural, even at relatively small scales.

I don't think there's a good way to reconcile a useful meaning in this context from the concept of "natural". Either human beings and their actions are part of nature or they aren't. (I tend toward the former, since I consider nature to be, well, the universe, and human beings clearly exist)

And I don't consider there to be a "friendly" (I'm not sure what "biologically friendly" means) way to hit an animal with a boltgun and slit its throat when I could simply eat plants instead.

It's not that I haven't considered these terms and options. It's that I have considered them and come to different conclusions than you did.

Cool points but I don't really want to go in to a deep discussion here. All I can say is, I am very very healthy, happy and my body is very defined. Diet has never been a problem for me since I live like I live now.

Cheers.
actual scientist here

natural organic inorganic processed is all buzzword ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ new aged garbage words.

At some point and at no point is anything 100% all or the other. It's just not possible.

What you think tomatoes are bright red in nature since the dawn of time or even 100 years ago? You're eating that natural kale out of a processed plastic bag. List goes on.

yes actually

most people just use it like labels like gluten free or 100% cruelty free

good example:
-Genuine Texas made chili a friend forwarded to me. It was a resteraunt to the West Coast in Cali. It was actually just the guy who was from Texas and thus he just slapped the labeled lol.

As fascinating as that video is how I don't see how it is either for or against veganism.

If the words Organic or Non-GMO is on a label it means something about the food: that it wasn't treated with pesticides or it doesn't come from genetically modified seeds.
