Being vegan or vegetarian is fine as well, as that is more earth friendly if it makes you feel better.
Good news is I'm vegan again (at least until breakfast).
Holografix hasn't been near a topic in a long time.... just bias opinions
day 1: eat normal, lift
day 2: eat vegan, rest
day 3: eat normal, lift
day 4: eat vegan, rest
while on the modified fast, i focused on only eating low calorie fruit and veg like tomatoes, carrots and watermelon.
so far i've lost 3.1kg in 11 days. lifting numbers have kept improving during those 11 days.
I was gonna necro this thread come January (Veganuary, which I will be doing again).
