some choices have consequences that curtail the choices of others. so even if you respect another's choice, the choices you make affect another person's life.
I think it is more to life style so everyone are free to choose how they going to live. If it is a crime or anything that harm others then I will not respect thier choice :slimehappy:
if everyone lived on the same level as everyone else, then that would make sense. but people don't all have the same lifestyle, such richer, some poorer, etc.. i think it is important to understand consequences of your choices and how they affect other people. not all choices are respectable.
Either diet is fine, eating meat is fine since the earth is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ because of 100 companies, meaning your choices don't change much.

Being vegan or vegetarian is fine as well, as that is more earth friendly if it makes you feel better.
Bad news is I had butter on my noodles tonight so I wasn't vegan for about 15 minutes.

Good news is I'm vegan again (at least until breakfast).

After more than 1300+ posts, somehow the jokes start getting more original.

It all depends on how you understand vegan and vegetarian choices.

Being a vegan is a lifestyle nothing more and it doesn’t make anyone better because of this.Normal vegans never criticize people for eating meat

I was responding to the other individual's comment. My comment should be taken in that context.
i've been doing a "vegan modified fast" on alternate days, while lifting weights during the days i eat normal. so my routine looks like this:

day 1: eat normal, lift
day 2: eat vegan, rest
day 3: eat normal, lift
day 4: eat vegan, rest

while on the modified fast, i focused on only eating low calorie fruit and veg like tomatoes, carrots and watermelon.

so far i've lost 3.1kg in 11 days. lifting numbers have kept improving during those 11 days.

You also have to consider that muscles are more heavy than fat.But i doubt you didn’t build that much in that time but your diet seams cool
Meat has a lot of good nutrients so i doubt that its healthy to only eat plant stuff alone your whole life. There are important things in meat you cant find anywhere else but like always too much meat isnt healthy as well

Other than B12, meat doesn't have anything required for health that you can't get in plant foods.

I was gonna necro this thread come January (Veganuary, which I will be doing again).

How dare you feast on the flesh of a dead thread, you absolute savage!
As long as it's not animal flesh, it's vegan! :steamhappy:
