Cobra Kai is soo good. Find season 1 better than 2, imho. But the acting of the show as whole is amazing. It's free of SWJ, BLM and all that. Just a good show, true to life and all that. (Only how these teens pick up Karate so fast is a bit misleading) I love the PoV of Zabka instead of Macchio

The fight scenes seems to be crappy and weak, and the show honestly looks like its being catered to 14 year olds or so.

He's a postmodern troll. When he tried to subvert our childhood memories of the wholesome message in karate kid with his last thread, I realised he was a dangerous lad. So Larusso failing to grok the nature of a gracious victor sets the stage for...uhhh...Forgettable Bully’s comeback as someone who truly understands what it means to be a loser. Something Larusso just can’t get through his thick skull, goldenboy that he is.

And the series isn’t a revisionist 80’s nostalgia trip? (Haven’t seen it, don’t know.)
