What human species could look like in the year 3000
I've read an article earlier stating that humans in the year 3000 would have an average height of 6-7 ft and have lifespans of 120 years+ or practically immortal if a trans-human.

Here is my view on what they will look like.

2020:

Average height: 5ft 4in

Average life expectancy: 72.63 years

Nobody currently merged with AI (100% Biological Humans)

One type of human species (Biological)

3000:

Average height: 6-7 ft or 12-15 ft if trans-human

Average life expectancy: 120 years or immortal if trans-human

Everybody currently merged with AI (Biological humans make up the minority)

Two types of human species (Biological and Trans-human)

I never said we were. I was stating what robot-like humans will look like not current humans.

Probably the same because it's only 1000 years

Except for the cool robostuff

In 3000 humans will be very thin, very boney, and will be covered in dirt.

20 feet tall

life expectancy: 102-130

weight and height rates:
5-10: 6ft 170lbs
11-15: 9ft 290lbs
16-19: 15ft 320lbs
20-130: 19-20ft 430lbs

Organ setup:
50lb heart
45lb lung x2
30lb stomach x2
48 feet of intestines

average weight lift: 210lbs (at age 20)

currently biomerged with water jetpacks at birth (as jet fuel will burn your insides causing immense pain)

people who join the armed forces are biomerged with a 20mm vulcan mounted on their forarm along with a radar mounted on their backs

idk why, but i always imagine humans to evolve as skinny giants

Lets all hope OPs not right as after the great sea rise i sure wouldnt want to be an inorganic trapped on a boat rusting for 120 years.
I suppose on the bright side we will have no shortage of candidates for the position of comes as you are crows nest.

Heres a more likely outcome considering current trends

umm... humans have not changed all that much at all in the last 2000 years of recorded history other than the fact that some areas of the world are better nourished and thus achieve a greater degree of their genetic potential. One could also argue that with the current medical advances that we have rendered natural selection stagnant. I imagine that we will notice almost no biological differences whatsoever barring outside genetic or technological influence.

edit: I also do not think our height will change all that much either considering our planets gravity and our genetics being pretty harmonious with survival on this planet. Not much evolutionary advantage for a much greater height, to the contrary actually. Plenty of bodily issues that come with aging for someone of height greater than 7 feet.

That's literally just an evolutionary microsecond. But yeah, I would imagine tech and medicine would've made several breakthroughs by then.

I have heard that in the future humans will probably lose the little finger and have only four fingers. I believe it could be true. When I spend a lot of time on the computer, expecially if I'm using a mouse, not playing game with a gamepad, it often hurts for no reason. I don't feel like it is very useful after all.
But for sure it would be really weird to see people with only four fingers like in some cartoons...
