What human species could look like in the year 3000

I've read an article earlier stating that humans in the year 3000 would have an average height of 6-7 ft and have lifespans of 120 years+ or practically immortal if a trans-human.

Here is my view on what they will look like.


2020:

Average height: 5ft 4in

Average life expectancy: 72.63 years

Nobody currently merged with AI (100% Biological Humans)

One type of human species (Biological)


3000:

Average height: 6-7 ft or 12-15 ft if trans-human

Average life expectancy: 120 years or immortal if trans-human

Everybody currently merged with AI (Biological humans make up the minority)

Two types of human species (Biological and Trans-human)

I mean... even after 1,000 years I believe humans will still look the same. It takes 50,000 years or more to actually have a slight difference and I say "slight" because it takes millions of years for big changes.
