High Fantasy + Open World + Action RPG + Colorful
Does that sound like a game you know?
If so, let's see 'em :lunar2019piginablanket:

(I've made this thread because... let's just say that searching by tags doesn't work that well on steam[cdn.discordapp.com] (also, high fantasy does not even exist as a tag) )
EDIT : Tried with the tag "Action RPG" instead of "Action" and "RPG"... the results weren't that much better[cdn.discordapp.com]

Only thing that comes to mind is Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen. IMO, it's "kinda" Open World in the sense the map is pretty big and there's quite a bit to explore but when I think "Open World" I'm thinking a big sandbox... like Kenshi, ARK, etc.

Aside from that, haven't seen or played anything that would qualify for those tags/genres.
Hmm...say,
Outward?
Kingdoms of Amalur?

Outward is too much of a survival game (it's also on my boycott list because it's published by Deep Silver)
Kingdoms of Amalur, tried it multiple times... it's just boring :lunar2019deadpanpig:

This is indeed quite a challenge. Will you accept Isometric RPG ala Diablo type?

by "high fantasy" do you mean fantasy world with complete belief, eco, physics and cosmic systems? i think, that's "grand fantasy". high fantasy is much more vague term and in more related to "good always wins" and that kind of things.

basically high fantasy is used to describe a world of fantasy that barely has any ties to our world.
For example, the souls games are high fantasy (though dark fantasy), greedfall not that much

I assumed you have Dragon Age already. The following may not fit all your tags squarely, but here are more for ya:
zeno clash
Drakensang: The River of Time
Sacrifice
Venetica - Gold Edition

High Fantasy FP/TP tend to be grimdark (not colourful), whereas isometric RPG seems to have a wider playground. Never knew that till now.
