I eat the eggs with yolk because I'm lazy. Sometimes I attempt an omelet, but I usually end up with scrambled eggs.
I was just imagining devilled eggs without the yolk, that would be a fun prank. In the "actual fun, not an act of cruelty" sense of a prank.
If you cook the yolk, it becomes dry as heck.... if you cook the white and leave the yolk runny...... mmmmmm!
But, some freerange yolks are simply too strong for me.
But I lack the skill to actually cook them that way.
Eating just one or the other creates an imbalance of LDL or HDL lipids, and both can lead to congestive heart failure if they aren't balanced out by the other.
i prefer scrambled eggs more than sunny side up.
