HEY SIRI DOESN'T WORK IN STEAM APP!!!
So I opened up the Steam app on my new Android phone (had an iPhone 6s) and I opened up my newly installed Steam app. I tried using "Hey Siri" but my phone wasn't turning on Siri.

The Hey Siri feature always worked. It never did not work!

Apparently, right when I start using the Steam app, the Hey Siri feature stopped working. I'm thinking it's the Steam app's fault. I doubt it's some kind of bug in my phone.

You need to say "Hey Steam, stop snooping in on my chats!", then you can say "Hey Siri, finally my girlfriend is back!"
