If Batman can beat Captain America I'm pretty sure he can handle Peter Parker.

He already has something for webs, something that is his trademark actually, the BATARANG.

He can use it to cut webs since those are pretty sharp.

Also you are correct, he is physically the best fighter of the DC universe. I think at his peak he could even give Beast from X-MEN a run for his money.

And let's not forget apart from the above he is also a master detective and can literally get out of any situation because of how smart he is.

- Batman can whip, tie-up, pull, & slam down Spiderman.
- Batman can throw Chain Rope at Spiderman to Trip him.
- Batman can rip / cut Spiderman's Webbing.
- Batman can transform into a Human Bat.
- Batman has a Dangerous Bat Jet, Bat Sub, Bat Bike, & Bat Car.
- Batman has Gadgets & a Utility Belt.
- Batman uses a Bat-A-Rang as his Weapon.
- Batman can use Toxins & Gas as a means to knock out Spiderman.
- Batman can use Body Armor for Protection, Types Of Eye Vision, & Other things.
- Batman has a Profession in Military Grade Weapons, Defensives, & $1Bil Business.
- Batman has Combat Training in many Martial Arts Fields.
- Batman can swing from Building to Building slowly one at a time.
- Batman is just an Ordinary Human, who can feel Pain like most People.

Spider-Man:

- Spiderman can whip, tie-up, pull, & slam down Batman.
- Spiderman can Shoot Webbing at Batman to sorta Stagger / Slow Batman Down.
- Spiderman has enough strength to grab, & pull Batman's Grappling Hook away.
- Spiderman can transform into a Human Spider.
- Spiderman has a Moped?
- Spiderman has Defensive Webbing & Can use Webbing for Gliding.
- Spiderman uses Webbing as his Weapon.
- Spiderman can make giant Webbing Traps to Capture Batman.
- Spiderman was given a Spider-Suit by Tony Stark called the Iron Spider for some reason.
- Spiderman has a Profession in Science, Spider-Senses, & like $15 an hr. Pizza Business.
- Spiderman has basically the what I call Lucky Fluke Combat in Martial Arts Fields.
- Spiderman can swing from building to building with ease.
- Spiderman is an Ab-Normal Human, who can stand a bit more Pain then the usual Human.

All in all? I'd say Spider-Man would win against all Areas of the Grappling Hook from Batman.
Spider-Man also out beats Batman with having his Webbing at his disposal, due to the fact
that he can use it at will, but in most other Areas, Spider-Man probably would loose to
Batman in a very, very big way.

Did you not watch BDKR? The cop shot batman in the head and he gave him a look. Then the police chased him and he went up a wall on a bike and then came out with a copter.

Spiderman would spidersense the bullets coming at him and dodge.

The police no match for those two.
