internet keeps going to 0 kbps
i know this is a wierd question but wtf cuases this? for example im on youtube and suddenly the video stops when i open task manager to see my internet speed its at 0 kbps and spikes to 80-90 kbps sometimes it spikes to 4-5 mb/s this makes sites just stop loading or they take very long to load it almost feels like the site itself is not making use of my internet speed

if it matters im using wired internet so no wireless things are involved and when im downoading something it gos at 80 mb/s

I can think or a closed port or a extremly strict firewall.

you mean just wait for the site to load? its pretty annoying and there is no reason for it to take so long its like one moment my internet is stable and then it just gos crazy with spikes and drops

Try restarting your computer. I tried to download a 5 gb game on Saturday, and it said it would take 366 days to download. I looked and I was getting 5 kbps. I had never seen that before, so I restarted my computer. Restarting my computer fixed whatever that problem was.

It could be your ISP, getting ahead of themselves before the FCC's bill from Hell goes into effect. Assuming you live in the States.
