Riddle. Can you solve it?

Riddle that I made in some time. Type the answer in YouTube. After you're done, comment "Code solved" on the video that is hidden. I'll reply with the prize.

i guess we have to decode the top string of symbols (most of which denote currencies or sounds) with the rest info being the clues

the string represents 11 characters of youtube video id (there're 10 unique charachers, since the last two are the same), which are either letters (lowercase or uppercase) or digits (could also be a hyphen - or underscore _ though)
each character of video id is represented by groups of symbols or a single symbol separated by spaces

➃-5-3-1f-4-5 seems to be the most important clue and it could represent the first 6 characters of the id (judging by all the symbols looking like 'f' in the 4th group and the ones looking like '5' in 2nd and 6th)
when converted to letters (123=abc) these numbers spell 'decade', but i doubt that's what the id says (forming a common 6-letter word would be highly unusual for a randomly generated id)
could it be just a coincidence? or should we read it together with ⅒ meaning one year?

=3/4-bw might help to figure out what to do but i couldn't find a proper use for it. could bw denote something like 'backwards' or 'both ways'? even if so, i'm not sure how that helps
