Classic FPS Games
What are your favourite all-time classics?

I would have to say Halo: Reach is one of the greatest FPS games I have played.

007, Wolf3d, Doom and Quake.

:qr:
Doom 2 with the brutal Doom mod.
It's already a great game but with brutal Doom you get full mouse look, updated textures and particle effects, insane levels of carnage and the shooting is some of the best i've ever played in any game.
Also because people have been modding it since the mid 90's there's literally hundreds of free mods, levels and other stuff.

Also try the Quake 1.5 mod, it rocks.

Quake 1. Spectacular atmosphere and lore, spectacular and extremely fun gameplay. Bosses were disappointing but everything else was great. I hope they will remake/reboot it. I hate how they changed the atmosphere and lore in the sequels.

No. I haven't played any of those oldies in ages.

well if you install gzdoom, which is free, and put the .wad of your doom or hexen game into it, gzdoom applies all sorts of enhancements, like high resolution which makes the games look absolutely fantastic.. it also adds full controller support, online multiplayer, etc
Most of them gives me motion sickness, so no

Unreal 2?

I played unreal Tournament 200X on the Xbox and they called it Unreal Championship, for that version.

Unreal Tournament 1999 was great fun, maybe more than Quake 3.
Well it would technically be unreal tournemt 2003, but it was released in 2002.

I had it on PC. Flak cannon for life!
