Well, they're a store. They sell more than one product. If you don't like some of the products, do what I do and don't buy it.

It´s interesting this gets mentioned, because what happens when a game uses someone´s image, for example scanned, and then use that, to draw in a crowd with whatever is censored, without said person having agreed to that proposition?

That´s a whole different story, and should be judged on individual basis. May even have to ask the person, on whether or not it agrees with it's image being exploited in such a way.
