20 years of usage and still going strong.
Mine is like this because, back in 2006, when I was 5, I wanted a club penguin account, and the first thing that came to my mind was my favorite color( red ) and a my favorite toy( a ball ), and I mixed them together, back then I didn't now how to write in English (my first language is Spanish) so I write it how I thought it sounded in English.
Short version
I was a 5 y/o that though that English words sounded neat and needed a nickname for Club Penguin.
It started with my Grandfather. He loved sailing and had a boat, Flika, why it was named this I do not know. My father would go sailing with my Grandfather on the boat. Fast forward to when my dad bough an old WinXP desktop, which is now sitting in my garage. He used the boat's name as a password for things, with the added 1999, I think for when the boat was sold off. He later switched his password(s) for something harder to guess. Now I was about 6 or 7, and Minecraft was about to become the hugest thing ever. I convinced him to buy it for me right before it went famous, and he used his old password for my username.
It has since stuck.
I've decided to stick with it.
