Yes, some kind of, but I talk about a big MMORPG.
When you play a standard mmorpg, than all other none players are NPC's. The idea is that you such a NPC. Like a movie actor plays a role of something, he is not in real.
Umm... what? That sentence makes no structural sense.
Acting and non-player characters are 2 completely seperate things. One is a real world thing where an actor plays a role of a character (aka is playing the character) and a NPC is something that isn't played by a real person, it's AI and computer based.
