In fact there are studies that say that listening to 'extreme' music makes you calmer, not angrier. Extreme music may not be for everybody, but for those who love it, it can be a source of comfort.

I didn't say it would hurt you. I talked about creating a positive atmosphere, with lots of "harmony". Even plants on the side of the road, getting all the car exhaust will grow.

But if you wish to detox, you may always do so. I know it can be very hard. Classical music can cause you to hear the voices in your head. That you never wanted to hear. To make you think deeply and introspectively about your self. That can be very, very, hard. Because you may have buried deep truths because consciously you couldn't handle them.

I haven been in practice since I picked up pony tulpamancing like ummm.....2012? 11? 13? I forget. Memory is fuzzy on some of it. But I did write like 2 books of notes to try and put it to memory back then. Duno if I still have them.
