There are several popular online websites where you can post job listings for game development. This is assuming you're going to actually pay something and this isn't just another one of *those* threads ala "I've got this great idea for a game and I just need a programmer, artist, musician, etc. to do all of the work of a multi-million dollar AAA game studio for free."

Hahaha, thanks for your reply, and yes, I will be doing the music, art, and programming. I appreciate your belief that i will be able to do this on my own. I have found somebody who is willing to help me with my endeavors, but it would be good to do some of said work myself as well.
